The Workshop
Construction Area: 1403 sq feet / 130 sq meters
Interior Area: 864 sq feet / 80 sq meters
On the same terrace level as the Guest House is the Workshop. It is currently being used as a woodworking
shop, but could be adapted for many other uses. Steel frame/concrete walls and a steel truss roof means there
are no supporting pillars, and it is a large open area. There is industrial quality electrical wiring throughout, and
currently a central vacuum system.
